Artist Gail Clements living in Hudson believes that the environment nurtures great art. Her inspiration comes from living in the country and traveling to the coastal areas and abroad.

Gail has always had an interest in colors, their meaning and how they can be represented. In the past, Gail has expressed her artistic passions by working with stained glass and decorative painting. In 2006 she began oil painting and is now devoted to expressing herself exclusively with this medium.

Gail enjoys paintings still life, exotic flowers and landscape and has been currently studying art and taking oil painting classes from artist Gail Descoeurs, a well-known and established artist.

Gail has found great joy and pleasure in oil painting that she is currently in the process of making a transition with her career to allow more time to devote herself to her art. She is a member of the Hudson Artist Association and participates in their annual group shows.
