The Artistes Hudson Artists
Association, AHA, currently has a membership 75 artists. We
have a turnover in membership each year allowing for new members to
join. If you are interested in becoming a part of our organization
please contact Gail
Clements.

We primarily accept artists who live in
Hudson although we will also consider bordering towns subject to availability.
If a spot is not available immediately you will be put on our waiting
list until one comes up. People who express a desire to help out on the
executive may be given priority.

Info for
Submitting to Website:
1. Every
member who has paid their membership fee is entitled to one page on the
AHA web page.
2. You can choose what you want (related to your art) to put
on your page. Bio, art work, your picture your contact number, link to
personal website.
3. Only 4 to
6 paintings can be submitted at this time.
4.
Photo's of paintings must be in digital format having a .jpg or .gif
ending. Send them Sue (Dusty) Rhodes to artistes.hudson@gmail.com

If you need to mail photos and information, please contact Sue and
she'll let you know where it can be sent.
5. Your
written part can be sent in a word document (with a .doc ending), or
text (.txt ending).
6. We do
not going to get involved with watermarks, etc. Even with these marks if
someone wants to use your image there are programs out there to adjust
your paintings. If you want them on your artwork or don’t want
signatures, etc., to show then it is up to you to submit a digital photo
with the adjustment already done. If you don’t feel comfortable
putting your artwork on the net then a page with your
photo and bio on it can be done.

8. You
are encouraged to email your information concerning art exhibition dates, art news, awards,
photos and links that you would like included on the site.
